Just called up the developer and found out that they will have phase 2 launching next year i.e. service apartment with shops and grocer downstairs, on a land next to the demolished plaza oug.

this one much better location den OUG Legacy, walking distance to grocery and eatery.

not sure u all aware, from Legacy OUG you walk to no where.. the road dont have traffic light and cannot build sky bridge.

900sf 3 room 2 parking is good enough , link to shoplot , grocery & new shopping mall do not have much competitor in old klang road.

Walk to OUG itself lo. Just one straight road down the hill wad

cannot la.. elderly how to walk so far, it around 1km.
the entrance is also not old man friendly enough... too difficult for bicycle to ramp up.

if they change the entrance to the OUG road direction, then will be super near 600m.

I saw DBKL investigating it. I also have a concern about the slope so near Block B. Hopefully, the developers can clarify it a bit.
