Hey guys, AKG cans owner reporting in. Just purchased the K518DJ. Waiting for it to arrive. I can't wait to test it, I hope I made the right choice on buying it. This is my first step to becoming an audiophile. Any good tips on what I should do or purchase? I usually listen to music on my laptop or my phone. From what I read about, I would need a DAC/Amp to boost the sound quality. So guys, any help?

Lolwut? There is a k519dj? I didnt know it even exist. Gah nvm, I'll upgrade later. Just want to try out. So will the e7 really make the music sweeter to the ears?

Out of curiosity, would the E7 make any significant difference in the quality? Simply put, do I really need a USB DAC/Amp for my K518DJ with sources from laptop and phone?
