need recommend for case to keep k240 mkii and q701, they dun hv hippo in us...

hey, i just got my Q701 last week...i got it for RM800+ in us...n its still in the process of burn in~
anyway, i wont regret getting it as u cant carry a speaker anywhere u go and u tend to disturb ppl especially when u wanna blast at night(thts wat i do, blasting after long day of study)
the bass for Q701 is avg but the sound is smooth n u can hear it very clear, im running it wit E10...the thing i dn lik is the sound leak tend to b more compare to other open phone, but no big deal~ and ya u still can hear ppl talking if they talk too loud(n ur volume too low)~ so overall its a great headphone to get...i nv tried K701 or K702 b4 so i cant comment on those...n im still waiting for my K240 mkii to arrive tmr...

btw, u can try amazon, i got mine from there but im not sure do they ship internationally or not~

i wont carry my q701 around when i travel...thts y i just order k240 mkii yesterday...so if anything hpn wont so heart pain compare to q701...any case to introduce for me 2 keep the headphone?

how long do i need to burn in for q701 and k240 mkii~? do u guys burn in whole day or only few hours a day~? i scare will spoil the driver~

hihi, nv tried k242 b4 so cant comment on it....whether u nd an amp or not its all depends on u, some ppl feel tht the output witout amp is not enough so they get an amp to enhance the output(i think its call enhance)...DAC is digital to analog converter, it convert ur digital signal on ur pc to analog signal...sry not good at explaining...

well, basically wat an amp do is it increase the power of ur signal thus u will hv better output...u can headover to jaben in subang to try out the headphone wit n witout amp...

erm bro, e9i and e9 the same right? can e9i insert e17/e7?

but the quality for e9 and e9i the same? coz the price on amazon for e9i is cheaper compare to e9....and they hv a bundle set for e9+e7 for 180usd which is around rm500+....isit best 2 get the bundle or should i wait for e17? e17 is not available in the us yet...

personally, i lik my k240 better than my q701 when it come to bass, i mean something like erm..nightcore with bass...this few days just few tht something is lacking in my music...not satisfied at all...

yeah i noe akg bass kinda lose a bit when compare to others but still i like akg coz of the design~

was satisfied until recently only, feel not enough...not sure now wanna try tube amp or try other headphone..
