Okay, I'll try and state a few examples but, well, I just listen to Japanese songs nowaday so you might not be familiar or even know about them lol.
Few songs that I've found K701 excels at :-
Harinezumi - Azuma Hitomi : This song sounds particularly awesome especially with a certain instruments being emphasized.
Onaji yume - Azuma Hitomi : The vocals and ambient sound effects.
Arrival of Tears - Ayane : Instruments being emphasized
Ichiban no Takaramono - Girls Dead Monster : Acoustic guitar and vocal.
One more time, once more chance - Yamazaki Masayoshi : This song's got 2 version, one is a normal and one is acoustic guitar with vocal only, both sounds great. The Vibration of guitar's string being plucked can be heard.
I can go on and on and on..Well..you get the idea.
No shit sherlock!
It's a tribute to Quincy Jones for his awesomeness, and basically using him as an advertising model to sell their old technology instead of making new one like others did. (ie Beyerdynamic's T1 and Sennheiser's HD800)
Then they slapped a premium price for it lawl.
And oh, CABLES. Not this sh*t again.
