My work place is at raffles place, and planning to stay along EWL, any suggestion where is the most convenient, decent place to rent?
Budget $2k to $2.5k,
Preferably newer development, modern design small studio apartment with basic condo facilities and full/ partly furnished. I live alone with occasional gf visit.
I really need a washing machine and dryer.
Also, would additional $500 enough to cover utilities bill here? If say for example aircond all nite and weekend.
And what can I bring into Singapore? TV? Pet? Cooking gas? lol

QUOTE(HenDa @ Jun 26 2015, 01:24 PM) if you can afford, there are nice food everywhere white kopi peng jz served in my office pantry I don't earn much but surely I can afford a cup of coffee. It just that I can't seem to find a stall that sell Nescafé here. Tea peng ada, milo peng ada, but when asked for Nescafé peng, aunties give me weird look as if this beverage don't exist here. lol

QUOTE(yrh0413 @ Oct 8 2015, 12:26 PM) yes there is a loophole. It is free to drive into SG from 5pm to 2am daily, so all you need to do is to find a night shift job. heck no jam at all too. worth buying or not those car left 2-3 years to drive?

QUOTE(yrh0413 @ Oct 8 2015, 02:49 PM) Most B&B cars have depreciation of S$1k/month thereabouts, exclude your maintenance/petrol/car park fees. If you really need a car why not? I go out meeting client all the time, if just me shouldn't be problem but sometime to fetch them to site is kinda tedious. QUOTE(knwong @ Oct 8 2015, 06:49 PM) You asked about driving Msia car then now want to drive 2nd hand SG registered car? Why? is there anything wrong with my question?
