I am currently working in a MNC in KL but got an offer from a SG-based MNC. Have accepted the offer.

As I have a 3-month notice to serve with my current company, I am thinking to resign now before my Employment Pass is done (new employer told me it will take another 2 weeks+ to get it done),

Would like to hear your experience and view - do you resign before you got your EP?

Hello... why nobody answers me?? 

We, Malaysian, want a competitive wage as what the Sgporeans are getting, but usually initially when we come, the firm will offer not as high as what we are getting in Malaysia dollar for dollar. That is what I meant. But the Indians, at least the ones that I deal with, are really good. I was informed their pay is not as high as hiring, say an Australian or European expat. The Indians mostly accept it, and they don't complain. This is because it is much higher than the rupees they will be getting back home.
