Hi all, I'm looking at getting a job in Singapore. Have yet to start applying though, would like to find out more before trying.

How's the market for project manager in software development in Singapore? Is it very saturated?
What is the rough expected salary for someone with PMO experience of 5 yrs where 3 yrs as Project Manager?
Do we put expected salary based on market rate in Sgp or the usual 10%~20% lesser than pay in MYR?
