If degree holder (not sure about diploma) they probably give you EP. Otherwise maybe MOM will only give S Pass. If S Pass quota max then too bad.

1) What do you guys do during holidays and weekends? Other than going to shopping malls. It seems there is nothing much to do (other than the zoo and Universal Studios). Super bored during the long SG50 holiday.
