anyone had any idea what is the fair rate for a Sr.Engineer with 6 years exp and a MBA rate in Singapore manufacturing line.
Seems that they are pressing my price quite a lot compare to Malaysia pay. What is the fair factor ? is it current MYR salary x 0.9 ? or x 0.8 ? x 0.7? |
