5/9 = Employer contribute 5% you contribute 9% to CPF
16/20 (now 17/20) is employer contribute 16% you contribute 20%

Once you get PR you take 3 years to ramp up to full contribution 4/5 --> 5/9 --> 17/20. However if you and your employer agree, you can request to make full contribution 17/20 immediately after getting PR

If you are not PR, assuming your Salary is 3k SGD, you will take back 3k SGD in full, If you are PR with full contribution, you will take back 2400 SGD, 600 SGD goes to CPF, and employer will contribute additional 510 SGD to your CPF. So you will get 1110 SGD in your CPF monthly. Furthermore, the 600 SGD is tax deductible

is it hard for a fresh grad to find job in sg? can it be done without an agent?
*
Whether its hard or not really depends on the individual's experience/ qualifications versus the job you are applying. Everyone's experience in getting a job in SG is different.

However i have not really heard of anyone using an agent to get a job in SG. Most come here through applications on a job website

if they call me for interview how? fly there just for 1 interview? or u think i should stay there for a month or something just to look for a job? how bout the employment permit?
*
If you are lucky you may have a few interviews where you can schedule them in the same day. If not you either fly there or you go to jb and take a bus in to save cost. You can also try to ask for Skype interview.

Work permit company will apply for you after you get the job
