Hi guys, actually, once we become a PR, it is considered as  a permanent thing unless we renounce it (which means i will have to leave Singapore?) I am confused, because i have heard of "renewing" PR instead? What is this renewal thing? If i don't renew, that means i am renouncing?

Also, can i withdraw my application after i have applied?
