Was offered below 400k. But after reading what u guys said in v1. I think I will wait till phase3 vp in few months time and see how it goes. If pak hitam getting more. I guess I'll just skip this 1

Was eyeing this condo due to its affordable price. But pay a visit then I forget about this place. From far when I saw the phase 3 green kaler wan already like in Hong Kong low cost flat. Traffic summpore very jam. A lot of foreigner also. In fact I went up the phase 1 unit see see coz my fren rent there due to cheap rental
