so I'm not sure about prices moving forward but I do believe that the market is undersupplied.. we need 20k more parklane OUGs..
I do not have any accurate statistics to agree your thought.
But i can share that my brother as an TARC A-level lecturer. Plenty of his students from outstation getting their own property in KV after graduate.
Some peoples have discounted the outstation population flow to KV. They thought only KV people demand for the property.

Got some question.

1.) Anyone know where to get cheap furniture? Or any furniture forum to intro?

2.) The given gas hood and hob is it easy to install? OR need an electrician to mount it?
*
1) Cavenzi
2) Hood is installed. gas hob just mount into the hole on table top

my tenant just contact me, terrible air-con leaking. how you all fix this?
*
Sorry to hear that. Leaking gas or dripping water? As my previous post, the air con is not cold at all suspected no gas. sweat.gif
I think you might look for air-con contractor to check for it since you can't submit the defect to developer.
BTW, the defects i submitted almost 2 months still nobody attend on it.

If your parents are going to stay at parklane mean your "back mountain" is limited.
*
I am not from a rich family that can back me up. I grown up in walk up flat. I work hard to get what i affordable only.
No worry, i am not overstretch and i did experience the jobless moment during 2008 recession. Thanks god I still can continue my life like normal without "back mountain".

indeed..but only for phase 1 buyers...the other phases might have overpaid...
*
Phase 2 is below 300k. Phase 3 public launch also around 300k only. Still reasonable price with the package given. Or op for empty house with more than 15k discount.

This project launch with very high profile. Full page of newspaper advertisement almost every week. With HK TVB drama star like Lam Fung & HK singer Justin coming for promotion. Every weekend they having free lunch in front the showroom.
Over paid only for those who not aware about this project which missed the boat.

Cheap lift is a long term nightmare to all the resident. Few years after VP, developer cabut, the sinking fund will not enough to replace the lift. The only choice is continue to bear the extreme high repair costs and eventually increase the monthly maintenance fee, while risking your life every time using the lift.
*
The lift parklane using is Mitsubishi,
If not mistaken from construction contractor, EITA is the cheap lift but not Mitsubishi.

Hi Musteng,
Any international schools nearby. we are indian expats so planning to put him in an international school as he doesnt know Bhasa...and it will be a problem communicating.
also we need a school with Day care as we both are working.  sad.gif  sad.gif  sad.gif  sad.gif
*
Sorry for misunderstand the school you mean earlier. If your child was in VIKas, you may consider the rental at Taman Desa area which will save much of the distance & time.

* sorry if againts parklane owner. I just intend to assist sukesh

Any owner installed the victro ceramic electric hob? I realise that the switch is behind the kitchen drawer, on all the time. Anyone done any solution to switch off the hob completely when not using?
*
You may lift up the hob and close it. It may not practical but is the only easiest way

That is impractical considering the fitting is quite snug and tight. I may consider install custom switch. Just donno where to put.
*
You can ask the electrician to installed the socket switch box at the conner (near Entrance or near yard).

The better looking switch (without the box) like following need to break the tiles and hack the wall abit
