i see a few O&G companies shedding workers, so I'm not sure about prices moving forward but I do believe that the market is undersupplied.. we need 20k more parklane OUGs..

Im stay at DBKL flat before, OUG parklane is far better where I used to stay.

FYI in 1980s- before Smart Tunnel or Sg Besi Highway - along Sg Besi AirPort - these place are Chinese squatters only wooden house.

Maintenance waive 2year. Absorb by developer.

same fate like Arena Green - Bukit Jalil. Starting mostly Chinese tenant , slowly they move out replace by PH and Middle East tenant...
