they are maintaining the pool well... The pool pump broke down last week during the weekend... it was fix on the next working day... pretty fast respond.. for now...
As for the walkway, seems like they are short on manpower, on my floor they are mopping every alternate week... so it can get pretty dusty at times... not much to post on the facilities really, u can even see all of the facilities on iproperty..
Only one thing about the lift... 2 out of 3 of the lift is making funny noises... just hope they don't break down frequently... because the lift are really on heavy usage with the moving in and all, traffic can get pretty heavy at times... need to wait a full 5-6mins just to get on it...

Cheap lift is a long term nightmare to all the resident. Few years after VP, developer cabut, the sinking fund will not enough to replace the lift. The only choice is continue to bear the extreme high repair costs and eventually increase the monthly maintenance fee, while risking your life every time using the lift.

The lift parklane using is Mitsubishi,
If not mistaken from construction contractor, EITA is the cheap lift but not Mitsubishi.

How good it is, if it already start to create worry to the users and funny noise just weeks/months after VP? I never been there before, i don't know how bad is the lift condition, but i believe every brand has different grade of products, Mitsubishi does not always mean good. I just sharing my experience of staying in a place with a cheap lift.
