How many is too many ?
I've been staying here since VP and i noticed that the African foreigners are getting lesser and lesser compared to earlier time.
There are more Vietnamese around which I can observed.

Well not all things from agents are illegitimate, however you know best the values of your house, especially if you are living there. smile.gif
