The 250k is most probably a direct transfer from A to B for reasons unknown. 250K is just a nominal sum to put in SNP maybe from father to son , etc. to occur minimum stamp duty, RPGT etc for party B

There are already many PH in condo like z residence in Bukit oug/ beside BJ. Not sure of the other newer condo thr lor.

i have stayed here almost 2 years,i am lady and got no issues.

You seem pijak OUG Parklane. Yes there are lot of units but they are many facing, some facing block to block, some facing highway, some KLCC view. Also there are unit with almost fully furnished but some are empty. Some having 1 car park, some 2 and some got 3 or more (buy extra). Not all are 400k brother! Some good view with 2 and 3 car parks can hit 450k easily as you can check at the actual transacted value website.

You trying to insult people who stay there or for those who invested in that area as I can feel and see it very clearly.

If you are an investor you shd know the developer price and the market price now, it is ard 40% appreciation. Don't you tink is a good investment?

For those own stay, I also feel is it a very good buy in such location with this price tag. Value for money. Parklaner anytime can reach Mid-Valley or KL center faster than YOU, I guess! 

I think its easy to oversee that not all the buildings are in one compound.

Sure the green blocks not as desirable but the black and orange block is great. Project is on a 30 acre site. Only 140 units per acre.

Which is low compared to some of the launches today.

For such a large-scale project, I think the management did a decent job managing the place.
So far, the cleanliness, facilities are well maintained.

Too many units with the same size and layout , yes ... this is the biggest problem.
But the land size is big enough , you didn't feel the high-density as in Mont Kiara.

The upcoming Bloomsvale is higher density compared to OUG Parklane even though the total units is lesser.
I do not know if Jalan Puchong & Old Klang Road can cope with the traffic in the future... 
How many is too many ?
I've been staying here since VP and i noticed that the African foreigners are getting lesser and lesser compared to earlier time.
There are more Vietnamese around which I can observed.

That price is not sure possible either.
Probably comes from Block E (orange colour block).
Many agents told me that my unit only cost less than RM400k (furnished, black colour block).
