Some forumer say not high dense but occupancy n rental yield so low.
Some units now going for 900 p/month. When 4000 units join in, expect rental to dip below 800 p/month n more PH due to desperate investors.

I viewed a few rent unit from agent. Rental 1000 are basic unfurnish unit, low floor and bad view.

While telling others to rent out 1.2k and above, there is no guarantee that you rent out your own unit below 1.2k.

Between 1.1k and 1.2k; the one hold on to 1..2k and left vacant for one month or more would be monetary worst off than one tenanted for 1.1k immediately.

without sounding totally out of topic n being rude, are there any OUGP owners group where I can enquire about renting a unit? Would like to
bypass the agents if possible. Willing to risk the PH crowd as my budget is limited around 1k but need a 3R unit along Old Klang Road. Newly married malay IT professional working in Midvalley area.
Or if u guys have any suggestions of other locations in the general area. Much much thanks for your help.

Just renewed tenancy for a 2 year contract. Thus, to date is 2 and half years. Total will be 4 years, with possibility of further renewal once expired. If average out over 4 years or more, ok to me. Not forgetting, even a normal prop is empty for an average of 2-3 months before being rented out.

No horror stories for mine so far, so I guess it is worth it. The tenant that meet my criteria didn't ask for a cheaper rent. For a start, it was already very attractively priced given that it was luxuriously furnished. Thus, the heavy interest too from potential tenants and also the hassle in screening through them.

When I shift out year end from Parklane and rent out my unit, am sure the response will be pretty much the same. Working strategy, just have to duplicate and execute it.

Yes, rather surprising that this attack or fight in OUG Parklane did not get any publicity in our local media. I understand some things are best left unreported, to be kept confidential as with most of the politic issues in the country. But this unreported news seems rather peculiar. I agree that people need to know what is happening so that they can make the right choice (by considering a home sweet home) to stay with their families, kids and loved ones.

Not sure on the actual reason why this news wasn't reported by our local media. Doesn't reflect very well.
