Should be able to know or gauge this after all blocks/phases are VP and/or buyers' renovation completed by end Q1 or mid-2015.

Not sure is good or not but price seems good.

11Mbps - RM98 whereas Unifi is RM149 for 5MB only.

I guess is normal at initial stage. Most units are still under renovation & most have not moved in due to defects have not been completed by developer yet.

Have to agree on this.

Most people choose the grey color units is because of the slightly better internal built quality (less defects due to different contractor than phase 1) and not because of the block color.

I thought 2CP is more expensive.

I don't think anything below 420k is even possible now. Majority of phase 3 buyers bought with over 400k.

Below 800? I would rather leave the unit empty.

Not quite understand the above statement. Actually developer's leftover units is less than 20 (yes 20 out of the total 4xxx units) and the price is from RM47xk up to 499k which is much higher than the current subsales price (based on the hearsay rate and those advertised in iProp).

Prasarana: Ampang Line LRT extension Phase 1 on track for October launch

KUALA LUMPUR, March 7 — The light railway transit (LRT) line extension project for Ampang Line is on track and the first phase is scheduled to be operational by the end of October 2015.

In a statement today, Prasarana Malaysia Bhd said the second set of the eight new six-car light rail vehicles (LRVs) for the Ampang Line arrived today and had been transported to the Ampang LRT depot for inspection before undergoing testing and commissioning.

The first phase of the project would extend the existing Ampang Line to four new stations — Awan Besar, Alam Sutera, Muhibbah and Kinrara BK5.

“We are on track to have the first eight of the contracted 50 sets of six-car trains for operations in October," said Prasarana Malaysia Bhd Group Director for Project Development, Datuk Ir Zohari Sulaiman.

Zohari said the third and fourth set of six-car LRVs were scheduled for arrival at the same time next month.

The Ampang Line Extension starts from Sri Petaling Station and passes through Kinrara, Puchong and ends at Putra Heights.

The extension is 18.1km long with 11 new stations.

Combined with the existing line, the total length of Ampang Line after the completion of the LRT Line Extension Project will be 45.1km. — Bernama

Phase 1 & 2 already VP for 6 months or more. The defect repair now is only for those units VP early this year, ie. phase 3.

Anyhow each phase is having different main contractors with different management teams so they are not really affecting each other. Phase 3 alone has 3 different management teams/offices, each managing 2 blocks. Just sharing.

"Full of" is how many % roughly? Or how many in terms of number, 5, 10, 100, 200? Different person has different definition of "many" or "full"

I met 1 couple in the lift before. The wife is from PRC or Taiwan but guy is local Chinese.

I think 1 hr is bit exaggeration. What day/time was that & which phase/block?
