Hi,would like to seek some advice on oug parklane block d,seller offer price in rm430k and agent claimed this is the best price and other owner not even willing selling in this price,izit the rm430k for full furnished house is a good deal?appreciate if your all can provide some valuable advise and thanks in advance

I saw iProperty is selling RM320K-360K (with 1 car park, but not sure which block).
If the unit you seen (Block D) comes with 2 car park, fully furnished, good view and with good condition, I think you can consider. As what I know, Block D is well maintained as compare to other block.

Yup,i notice the price variance is abit big for unit in oug parklane and most of the advertisements not mentioned the block,anyways thanks for the reply &comment

the iproperty ads is try to lure buyer one, seller asking price not going to be that low.

agree blok D the best, at middle blok and well maintain.

seem like that place getting more ong and ong now.

As a Block D owner here, compared to other blocks, I agree Block D condition is good and I suggest you to come over here and take a look yourself.

430k quite high but no harm to come and take a look, below 300k usually belongs to other blocks.

hi, anyone staying in oug parklane mind to share some input the type of residence staying here?
What are the racial composition between chinese, malay & foreigners? Also are there many families with kids staying here or mostly single working adults / foreigners?

foreigner not that much d (i can say barely noticeable in some block ), you can even notice those commercial shop like snooker, vapes shop, African hair shop, liquor store also closing down 1 by 1 as business not that good already.

residence is like the mix of chinese malay and indian (from what my eye notice maybe is around 25% 30% 35%)
but i mostly judge from the shop la.. chinese shop got some food quite okay.

quite alot of walker walk toward LRT now
