Item being sold/bought: MicroSD Card (SAMSUNG 32GB)

Details of the complaint :

On 11-Oct-2014, I have bought the following items from Macpro2:
a. SJ4000 Wifi Action Cam -rm320
b. Battery Pack With Charger - rm40
c. Floating Bobber - rm40
d. SAMSUNG 32GB MICROSD Card - rm60
e. Car mounting - rm15

In the evening of same day, I've contacted seller to check with him pertaining to the lag during start/stop of recording video.
He ask me to check reformat SD card and go meet him again on 12-Oct-2014 (Monday) to check.
But since I'm working outside KL, I just ignore the lag with assumption its the performance of the camera itself

6-Dec-2014, during recording i found that some error, which lots of video can't be played / corrupted.
I've checked the card with Flash Drive Tester and the results as below:

7-Dec-2014, I hv contacted him, to inform that the SD card he sold to me was a fake.
But, his reply very disappointing. He seem very arrogant and take no responsibility.

Losing rm60 for fake SD is nothing over losing the video during family holiday.

It appears this resolution dispute centre can be effective

Sorry, I hv lost my trust on you. You have my contact number, and u didn't even reply my last message to your whatsapp. And now you ask me to post it back the sd card. Is it sincere? Or you just to look nice in this forum?
