If im not mistaken, the grading system has change for EY.. there are 4 levels on senior associate alone..

However, this policy affects many new joiners. This is a disadvantage to AA2s who joined from Apr onwards. yepz.. timing is very important.. however, they do take ur performance into consideration 2.. if ur performance is just so so, then u might get to promote to AA1 after 2 years if ur timing isnt right..

ther r many factors to be taken into consideration, like turnover, performance, workings hrs, efficiency, recommendation, etc..
