i'm IT grad, can say im a freshie (grad in May & previous working experience is 6 months internship and abt 5 months with a small IT company), i didn't work with the big 4 but my current organization pays me abt RM 3k +, so yeah depending on skills,personality and qualifications, fresh grads can get good pay .
