is it normal to be assigned to an audit assignment as soon as you start working and not be given any guidance or training?

QUOTE(Johnathan Sia @ Sep 8 2009, 11:31 AM) Nothing unusual there ;p Too many companies practice this and expect the new employee to keep up. A sink or swim kinda thing... In seriousness though, the company you work for is obliged to provide you with sufficient information for you to do your job up to the company's expectations. I believe that it's the company's fault if that doesn't happen. sufficient information as in guidance/briefing from a fellow colleague? |
