some-say PWC is the hardest to enter....is it true? what is the route to apply for a job interview in big4? just by online application will do(adequate)??

will big4 consider your results in acca (I'm currently studying for this programme) or OBU (classes) or both?

will extra curriculum participation in a college helps?

will they even look at our secondary schools cert(pmr spm)??

looking forward for replies......

may i know for those who are working in any big 5? which 1 is the best and which department.... coz from what i heard is that most of the acca grads opt for audit(3yrs-to be charted)..how many options are there? and is it true that u need to be world or msian prize winner to get into PWC? salary as an audit junior in big 4 will be around?

any things to share in regarding the techniques, requirements, or any preparatory "homework"to do b4 the interview? thx..

I would like to ask "what is the basis of BIG4 in recruiting an auditor associates"? what will they look into? from which college? spm? obu? acca results? cat results? co-curriculum? will they actually know your results?
& do you u all mind to share with me on the salary income. let say I'm an acca+obu holder. lastly, if a person who has only a 2nd upper VS a 1st class holder, will it affects the chances of the 2nd upper holder to get into the big4?

T.Q.

what is the difference between having an obu degree and the opposite?
if one were to have acca qualification, is obu placed much emphasis by the employer? and if one to proceed with his/her obu degree and get 2nd class lower, does he/she will be benefited by the qualification than not having one?

Emm the only reason from the firm point of view is that you might be huge cost saver. Cos without degree (I assume no OBU also) you will be paid a lower salary compared to everyone else. From audit point of view, thats a good balance of audit fee vs auditor's salary ratio (if you can perform).

how bout for those who had acca but no obu degree? or acca with poor class in obu degree? will they pay in big 4 be affected?
