Hi there. Sorry to interrupt but I am wondering which the the cheapest parking area for Ernst & Young (EY). I was recently accepted into EY and will start in mid December. As far as i know, there is the Menara Millenium parking. My friends have told me it is damn expensive and can come up to RM26 per day. They told me there is an open air carpark which charges RM6 flat rate.

Can anyone who is working at EY tell me where exactly is this open air carpark. I tried surveying the area during the weekend but have failed to locate it. I hope any of you kind people can help me out. Thanks.

If you come from PJ direction, you would have to keep right to turn into Pusat Bandar Damansara.
From there on it's pretty obvious. Look right and you see the open air car park. Maybe it's because it was a weekend and you assumed the empty land was for something else  biggrin.gif

Oh. Alright. But I thought that carpark is Menara Mellineum's carpark which is damn expensive. I say this because I parked there when I attended the interview. The charges were RM6 for the first 6 hours or something like that. Does the open air carpark require us to take a ticket from the machine to enter or is there some sort of `jaga' or security person there to issue the ticket? I appreciate your assistance. Thanks.

The Menara Milenium basement car park is really hard to get. Think the last time I asked there were almost 200 person in the waiting list. However the way they do it is they pick randomly and not based on first come first served, so you may get lucky.

As for the open air car park, the availability should be alright. I registered myself for it and got the space 1 day after i registered, so I was kind of lucky. Go to the Secure parking website, www.secureparking.com.my and register yourself there. And if you're an auditor, just get the Prepaid coupons, 20 tickets per batch, RM 9 each. Just share it with friends will do.

Hope that helps  smile.gif

Yeah. I will be working as an auditor at EY. I was told that my first week at EY will be training. As such, I will be at the office for the first week. So meaning if I buy the prepaid coupons, it will cost me RM9 per day to park opposite Menara Milenium where the shops are?

Also, how is EY's culture? As in working hours, people and so on? I will be joining as an intern only. Does EY allow interns to be in the audit team to audit some of their bigger clients? Besides that, are all interns placed in the same team to audit a particular client or will we be broken up into different teams?

Sorry for asking you so many questions. I appreciate your kind assistance.
