want to know what's the difference of working in MEDIUM FIRM and BIG 4?

Heard that working in BIG 4 is very stressful and lesser exposure to audit as u will do only a small part of the work. However, the pay is certainly higher than medium firm right?

other pros and cons between the 2 options?
