Q4 work perfectly for SF5 with the legacy setup in the option.
But the bad side is, u cant go back to "home" with home button. I guess just punch kick start can use...others cant use
so if u do like tat, u still need a DS4 controller for using home button.

Yes. If u want to go out with PS button (home), u need DS4 standby with u as all function like share, home n touch pad, u still need DS4.
As the stick will just work like arcade stick....start up down left right 8 button work, others no function (damn u Crapcom! U still want us buy new stick!)
N also, each time u want use PS3 stick, u need to go to option n select that Legacy controller to setup P1 or P2.... so if u change other PS3 controller, mayb u need go back here to set again. Of coz i didnt test this yet. I test my Q4 see got any 8 mins time out or not, so far no problem for that.
Mayb tonight will try to disconnect my stick during play n plug it back c still work or not, if not, that means each time u unplug it, u need go to setting again....

Even know Crapcom give us option for legacy controller setting, but i feel they still want us buy new PS4 stick.

This game is getting alot of bad rep just for the lack of sp content though i find the mp side of things is rather enjoyable lol

does the online matching fight can be obtain easily? its ok if the game lack story mode, but online match need to be frequent also..

oe maybe not enough player who've online currently?

With our network, i guess only Singapore or local will be full bar n smooth (sometime vs Singapore also lag)
so, even can fight easy with others, u might c your opponent like teleporting around. hehehe (last time beta vs others, like Jap or Thailand or others, u will c many teleporting around. hahaha)

So is better we fight wit Malaysian.
Mayb we arrange time so we can vs others online?

HRAPV no problem, but that's designed for PS4.

So far they not mention Guile yet,
as in the DLC character doesnt include yet.
Maybe next year? Or maybe Super SF5? hehehe

I not sure he in Lowyat forum or not, but he is one of our FTG community.

Did you go into the option to set it?
U need to set it everytime u use.
There is setting for Legacy Controller,
choose P1, then plug ur PS3 stick/controller, press something (i think need?), then will say ok, n u can use.
If u try this still cant use, then HRAP3 not supported? Or maybe wait Crapcom to release new patch? (not sure Crapcom will be tat good or not.... or maybe he send u link for new Madcatz. lol just kidding )
