Hi, hellfire888, my hardisk 1TB, with clicking sound. Is it possible to recover some of important file? How you calculate the charges?

hi, my external hdd (Buffalo model HD-LBU3) made clicking sound like it is trying to boot but then after a while it stop trying. My Pc can momentarily detect some drive is connected to my pc but then unable to detect.
Is it possible to recover the data?
If not, can it still be fix?

My Laptop Internal HDD just died completely.

Went to a few shops to get a quotation and mostly cost RM 2,000 and above. One famous shop even told me that the HDD pin broken... hence it is hardware recovery package..
