2 months ago my wife gave birth to a healthy and cute baby girl. Cut the story short, she wish to know if there's any product (slimming lotion, etc) to tone down her stomach.
Any experience here?

QUOTE(DarkNite @ Dec 8 2014, 02:20 PM) QUOTE(amoeba2 @ Dec 8 2014, 03:20 PM) you can never go wrong with breastfeeding. slim down fast. But my wife don't want to listen to me on this, instead listen to her mother(5+ years old but walking worst than an 80 year old lady) and the so-called professional confinement lady that recommend taking Brand's chemical chicken essence and saying women after give birth won't have milk another way is to cut all the carb and go exercise regularly. or google for more tips. Good luck! Now only can hope both mother and baby(face a bit yellow now) can walk pass this nightmare safely |

Breastfeeding is the best way to slim down in the first 6 months. Regular exercise is important too.
