Need some advice on my car ICE system

i m currently driving a satria wif stock ICE. Planning of upgrade, soi hv brought a 2850 Pioneer HU, preamp, 2 caliber tweeters, 1 pair of 6' sony subwoofer 4 my front door panel , 1 pair of 6x9 sony xploid 4 my rear, 1 4ch n 2ch kenwood amp. Currently only install the HU, preamp n the tweeters only. The rest still in my store room. So i need some advice from u guys, is there any missing item tat i should add n how should i install all tis item 2 make it a good ICE 4 my car?? Thanks.

if you are planning for an woofer then why use a 6x9 for your rear again? they will cancel each others sound when they aree used together...
|

erm....ya....i din put the rear speaker...if put,juz listen speaker sound,cant hear woofer

Since you have 6X9, after you got woofer. You can power it from HU. Don't waste it.

i would suggest selling the 6x9 and replacing it with 6" components or coaxials . run them off ur HU.
then get a subwoofer and run them off the 2 channel bridged

itll be ok la...but dont expect heavy bass from the 6x9
and if u intend to put in a subwoofer then the 6x9 definitely MUST go as theyll cancel each other out as mentioned previously

coz previously my car also using sub at front n 6x9 at my rear. so i brought a new sub 4 my tis car. izzit not suitable??? coz i saw ppl also hv sub at the front.

the size i think is 6'. but normaly wat they put 4 their front??? as i know is tweeter, and the door panel is either sub or 2way speaker rite???

no lah! not tat wan. it just like a component round speaker, just tat it only produce bass.

Getting Started

|
Make it simple, all the things that you bought can put in to your car. 4ch amp to power front speakers and rear 6X9 speakers, 2ch amp to power your future sub. As 6X9 also producing bass that will disturb the sub's bass, so is better to reduce the bass from it. By adding a capacitor it will reduce the bass produced.
