You inherit your genes from your parents. If you mother's dad is pak cham kai and your dad is also another pak cham kai, then you cannot be a full fledge bird.
Another thing to check is whether you have hormonal issue. Not necessarily your balls, but another organ like the adrenal gland may be over stimulating your testosterone or growth hormone. Like that better check with doctor lor.

all I can say is be happy lor. Some ppl want hair but genetics doomed them to be phak cham kai.

Now I'm 23 years old and I had a lot of hair on my leg, used Veet Hair Remover once then it grow (a lot) back in 1 month... When I wear shorts to go out, most of the aunty keep stare at my leg when I say hi to them >. <|||

I don't understand why some people want hair? "pak cham kei" not good?

For me,  I start about 11 and then grow upwards to belly button around 13/14... sort of remember because in swimming club and always tease by friends when in swim trunks...

Now starting grow upwards from belly button... haha

Funny thing is... legs armpit hand and bod have alot... but i shave only once every 2/3 days...
