need help in testing how does HT or more powerful processor helps in video playback when lots of add-ons are added in

as at this moment, my CPU is 90-100% when i play videos

im still attempting to find my acceptable preset

so far all my preset that works well with anime does not work well with movies

Eh minimal usage doesn't mean not a good setup. It just distribute the load evenly across all cores. I'm also experiencing ~11% load on my i7-980x with max setting. Previously I used Splash Pro with same tech also like that. Just ramp it all to the max and enjoy the show. Also with more powerful proc, can even fast seek even SVP is on. 

so, you're actually aiming for 100% usage instead of the video quality that you'll enjoy?
