easiest is buy retail.

It is playable and can be activated even if they just put in inventory for ppl who already purchased. They do not revoke.

Buy retail still get steam key. but retail is higher price than previously on steam, too bad.

the game has been on steam for a long time, except it is region locked in Malaysia so you can't see the page but you can buy elsewhere and activate on Steam.

For "easy" searching just search the past summer and winter's background sets. those backgrounds are definitely 100 gems each. easy but i guessing the prices would be a bit expensive now anyway.
