Refurbished phone is certified working & good condition by Apple, whereas 2nd hand phone is certified by the person you buy from tongue.gif BTW, refurbished iphones do come with warranty from Apple whereas 2nd hand one will not (unless the set you buy still have remaining warranty from Apple)
