IJM + Tropicanna + Eco World + Gamuda = Canal City

Definitely the next hot spot but my guess it will take 8- 10 years to mature.

Yes. I agree. Canal city attract a lot of home upgraders from its surrounding areas.
I am glad to see so many owners bought for own stay from the feedback on the Tropicana Aman facebook group.
I also notice that most buyers are Chinese when I survey the buyer profiles of TA. (I am not racist).
That is probably due to Canal city is nearby areas heavily populated by Chinese e.g. Klang, Jenjarom, Banting, PJ, KK, USJ, Subang etc.

Most ES buyer are upgrader for own stays too. Don't wanna sound like 自己讲自己爽 but everything seems to be going on the right direction for Canal City. Actually it's a big plus point that Canal City is not under SA. Night life with booze will be happening to attract the crowd from this site of the town 😎

Wah so many questions... urmm if not mistaken the total is 257 acres ah? They released so far 2 parcels. Theres more I think. 20ft backlane for 3 stories got landscape if the 2 story unit (the one i bought) got no landscape, think got walk way only and some greens.

If not mistaken, 257 all residential, the shops are in the retail "mall" at the front which should be managed by Gamuda. Not strata which is good. I left the layout plan at home so cant check for you now.

Yes I work in the factory, 3rd roundabout turn right. If you go straight in and past the traffic light 257 development is on the left before rimbayu round about.

Congrats buddy welcome to Canal City smile.gif Can enlighten us on the Eiffer Tower (HTC) distance vs Gamuda 257? To be honest I'm really glad Gamuda is bringing in quality mall with "cinema". Hopefully the operator is either GSC or TGV... Ada class sikit smile.gif

Cyberjaya now got Babi liao... I recently dine at Shaftbury's Kung Fu Restaurant. Their babi manyak sedap 😂
