Yes, gamuda always run commercial at their own residential area / new township, so the crowd is not really there.
But in canal city, this commercial (with entertainment elements) will having demands from 4000 arces township (3 developers) + Kota Kemung + Bukit Rimau, so it's will be different story.

the 3 super big taikos currently just launch normal shop lot and do not have proper and confirmed complete plan for Commercial, so gamuda will start attract the crowd and follow by the 3 taikos, so just can only say "exciting coming". haha

This mall wont fail if have cinema as university is nearby also

I actually viewed ES, fell in love with it and still am. I actually brought my family and a number of friends to visit the show house a few times and almost put a booking fee on it. But after thinking through, I put it on hold because it was slightly out of my comfort zone for monthly commitment. I was actually still considering it until 257 came in and I had a good feeling about this project.
(*also abit sore about not getting the EWI IPO did play a little contribution to my decision LOL)

I had a few things i was looking for in a house. Landed, G&G, 22 or more width, 800-900k. Initially i was abit turned off with the 900k price tag on 257 when marketing called me, and later i found out it was 65ft length was like talking to my wife no way.

But once more info out, i had a good feeling and after seating with the SA and calculating the pricing after discount, everything was within my budget and requirements. I also roughly know the prospecting tenants so far that may come in so felt good about it

Besides, KK is Gamuda's baby and no way they gonna let it fail HAHA

Finally & luckily the loan got approved. Can't wait to see the finishing & built quality of the show house in another two months time!

Yes 12 months free maintenance, free umbrella and rm100 mbo voucher. My wife just signed the SPA last week. Asked them a hundred and one questions but they seems quite prepared to answer all, so for me is good so far 

I actually fell in love with the house design after visiting their show houses. The environment and facade quite unique. Without having a club house, that brings down the maintenance fee which is one of the point I like about it because I don’t usually use the club facilities... just hoping the outcome of the actual product is the same as per the show house or even better
