actually financing from developer is not a good idea, because normally developer only offer their loan with 5-10 year installment, which you need to give high installment amount in certain year because need to pay both developer and bank loan.

you means the land between Rimbayu and Gamuda 257? i heard that land owner didnt sell to any developer as their asking price too high, so should be empty for near future until any developer would like to buy it. Once Canal city been developed, this land should able to sell with good price.

Not sure how true this is, but heard that some discussion ongoing with lotus - Tesco owners. Also got some allocation around this area for 2 petrol stations. I may be wrong, but that’s what I’ve been told.

Petrol station land is reserved currently, just waiting operator to come in.

Good if have Lotus's come in also.
