sometimes i hide a not very obvious sig in my work so that when people claim it as theirs or something, i can prove to them that theres a giant sig in there actually. but i doubt that i can prove that i actually put it there in the first place. biggrin.gif

Small logo with text.

Still, DigiMarc's subcriptions/software are the way to go. Some are quite cheap and are great to show to clients (you can sue them and the invisible watermark's there as a proof)

urm.. i understand that there's no way to protect a design..

however, for professional work.. you only have 1 file to prove that it's your own and that can be sold separately.

i think the best way to protect your work is to create an easter egg... put something that are small or hidden in places that no one will think of it... biggrin.gif

just my two cents... smile.gif

if transparent like cannot see at all? i doubt it.
though i remember a dev art tutorial that lets you make a concealed watermark behind your art that shows up when you highlight the pic

Mine involved when someone invert the colors / curve editing.. then the watermark shows up.

It was done through a plugin for Photoshop. Cost me USD 120 for it.. free updates tho biggrin.gif so its worth.
