Lots of people seem to be having this problem including myself. At the end of 'check out' there is no confirmation of purchase. I used Maxis Pay and I got an email with the receipt of payment. I also received a SMS from Citibank alerting me of the transaction. When I tried to track my order on the website, there is nothing. I contacted a CS via live web chat and he can confirm that my order has gone through and the unit will be delivered to me on the 14/10. He also mentioned that I would not be able to track the order but I will be notified when the unit is near to delivery. So I guess all is good.

Is this some random thing? I too opted for midnight delivery during the check-out procedure but have not received any updates. I am in Penang BTW. This is a snapshot of the invoice they sent me.

you can always call maxis, but my advise is drop a message to MaxisListen in twitter, they are very fast in response, sometime during weekend they do reply biggrin.gif

I am really keen for the midnight delivery since during the daytime there is no one at home.

Actually thats what I did. I do follow @maxislisten and DM'ed them. They replied asking me to wait for the call.

Just got the call from Hotline and they confirmed my phone will be delivered to my address between 12.00 to 12.30 am 14/10. Yes!
Weird that it says that there is a problem with my order on the 'track my order' page. It has shown this message since morning.

Yes I wantz hot cakez! Fresh buns and rolls in the morning. Two years ago when the iphone 6 came out I also managed to get it on the day of release although I did not get the midnight delivery thing. This time round, I thought why not?

Yesterday when I checked it said that there is a problem with my order and ask me to contact CS. So I tweeted MaxisListens and they created a report number for me and told me that they will forward to the relevant unit. Later in the evening a lady called me confirming that I will receive the device on the 14/10 midnight. Now the status on the website is same as yours. And it says that the shipping date is the 17/10. Confusing? I am confused.

Just got a call from Maxis to confirm my address and that I will be the one receiving the phone at 12 MN. Yes!

Just got my phone. Do you guys use the old sim card in the previous phone or slot in the new sim card that came with the new phone? My old phone is still connected to the network.

My phone was delivered at 12.35 AM. The guy said the shipment was a bit late coming into Penang.

So I am now using the old sim card in my new phone. Since I upgraded from 158 to 188 plan, would I eventually have to change to the new sim card when my monthly bill cycle kicks in? Should have asked the guy who delivered the phone but was too excited to get the phone in my hands.
