Based on last year if no delivery date... You into a fun ride hope this time better! I waited 16days last year and lastly collected myself at brighstar without any details from maxis... Just took the mos number and go to them!

I hope they improve!

My friend left 10 months contract when ahead pre order and in the options he hit cancel current plan and proceed and bought the phone, he taught maxis so good allowed it.

He call the next day.. Maxis say penalty of rm600 based on pro rate will reflect on your next bill.. He ask to cancel the purchase Immediately and go home sad! Lol

self collect is the safest you can bet on it!
Based on last year events, I opt for delivery which i got like a week later
and those self collect got it as promised!

so..this time i opt slef collect too!

last year the midnight deliveries were spot on and i think they only choose 50 customer for that
and the rest people like me who wasnt that lucky were given the standard delivery from brighstar which went
chaos and i had to go collect and argue with them at their office in PJ !! Can you imagine, opt for deliver yet went ourselves after so many days and yet its called pre order!

I think this year delivery, i think all get on midnight looking at the post you guys make saying maxis follow up with calls so finger crossed and hope it had improved!

I think maxis should set their stock levels like cinema tickets can? Everybody can see whats available and whats taken. Just like movie tickets realtime..what seats available but in this case phones!

Today they called..10 am tomorrow can collect!
I guess stocks aplenty !

this jet black confirm scratch no matter what protection u use...cause camera ,speaker , thunderbolt holes ...sand goes inside that's it!

I don't think u can 100% safeguard it...enjoy the first few weeks
