I really wonder how accurate is Maxis delivery notice
My sales confirmation highlighted self collection at their center on 16oct 7-10am. My first time buying an iphone from Maxis!

I recieved a call from Maxis at about 9pm asking me what time I would like to collect the phone on 16oct. Time to collect is between 7-10 am. So is now confirmed I will definitely get my unit on 16oct

Maxis really screwed up. 2 days ago I got a call to confirm my collection this morning at 8 am. I asked the guy to reconfirm the time as the shopping mall doesn't open until 1030am. He said the service center will be open 7 to 10am
Well I turned up at 8am and shopping complex was closed and could only go in at 10am
I call Maxis 1800 helpline and was told my collection point only allow collection at 10 am !! Only selected malls could collect 7 to 10 am !
Wasted my time going over . Luckily the mall was only 15 mins drive away only

It is pointless to ask stock status at the various Maxis center. Their stock position will keep changing every hour. What you get now will end up inaccurate the moment you reach the store!!
