Pre order on 7 Oct and Self collect at Prai Maxis Center just now but has been told the stock not yet arrive, saw many people left their name and contact number to be contacted later once stock in. Call hotline 123 keep saying will check for me

Feel disappointed with Maxis this round

Very disappointed. Midnight delivery. Still haven't got my phone. Maxis can just check and check and check. Nothing done.

Maxis KLCC re-opens 8am+ after closing around 3:30am according to CS.
Collected my phone around 8:30am, no fight, but an uncle shouted why not open 12am till 9pm Friday 14th October ? Cause quite a few comes around 6am-7am+ , including yours truly.

ohya, CS says still got stocks for walk-in customers, I guess for contracts and not buy phone only. Quick!

if pre-ordered the stock should be secured for you already right since payment has already been made earlier.

nope dint pre-order. thats why asking still got stock and how long need to queue.

So I am now using the old sim card in my new phone. Since I upgraded from 158 to 188 plan, would I eventually have to change to the new sim card when my monthly bill cycle kicks in? Should have asked the guy who delivered the phone but was too excited to get the phone in my hands.

Not much ppl last night, I was there 12:30am and I got my phone in about 35 mins.

Received my iPhone at 9.30am this morning. No hassle, quick delivery and now finally restoring the phone from my previous backup. From what I can see, definitely a drop in sales compared to previous times. iPhones are definitely getting more expensive, I remember paying less than RM2k for my iPhone 6 Plus with a contract.

walked into KLCC at 10:30 quite pack. I didnt pre order and decided go walk in. Last unit of i7 plus black 128GB cleared in 20 mins !!
