Maxis posted video about 24 hour express at their FB page.

Not sure how's this 24 hour express works as I didn't choose this option for the past years.

Is it only the selected one will get in 24 hour?

Yes, already asked Maxis CS, it starts 12.01am tonight but no plan details has been released by any telco. Moreover, there are rumours saying that existing customer wouldn't be able to pre-order instead Maxis is giving priority to new port-in customers to pre-order

what the... trying to re-gain all the port out customer huh. more and more customer will port out.. lol

From what i observe in Maxis Online Store now. The available plan for iPhone 6s Plus is min MOP 128 with 24 months contract. I believe this will be the plan for iPhone 7 as well. Maxis trying to retain/trap the customer to minimum 2 years at least.

I ask Maxis about the contract termination and here's the reply:

"Hi, your contract end date is: 16-Oct-2016 . Yes, this contract will be terminated if you purchase new iPhone 7. However, on goodwill, there is no penalty charged. TQ"

Goodwill goodwill...

Lol if 2 days left only want to charge you penalty can ask them to fly kite.

1 year contract is the longest I will sign though since I'm one of those that changes iPhone every single year without fail. Any longer than that guess I'll look to get the phone elsewhere.

Ok, after 2 years hiatus, time for me to upgrade again and back here. On my previous years, whenever resume/extend contract, Maxis will waive the existing remaining contract, the most I encounter was nearly 2 months.

On the other hand, my friend ~3 months was waived also.

Same here, no contract more than 12 months for me.: never..

Already asked both Maxis and Digi. Seems like all telco will only reveal their plans at 12am tonight which is during the pre-order

Don't know this is the idea of which genius. Last year ppl just log in to buy only also the server can't even take it.

Traffic will be crazier this time with people staying logged onto the site deciding which plan to take.

Really stupid.
