I wouldn't exactly wanna waste a trip to maxis now in the hope that 64GBs are available... Of course if you work in the viccinity and you wanna try, then by all means...

I think this is by far the worse ever maxis experience in terms of stock availability, especially considering how orders and deliveries have returned to normal for Apple online store. And the worst part is every maxis center and so called exclusive partners don't have any answers about stock availability and are inconsistent in terms of letting customers leave their contact info (or not) to be notified on availability.

Yes, that was one of the other loophole I found in the pre-ordering. When I do manage to get to submitting the order, sometimes they asked for advance payment and sometimes they didn't. Anyway, in the end I decided against confirming my pre-order and am glad I did, haha.
