I bought thru online store and it was charged RM300 for advance payment; whereas for walk in purchased customer it was waived if you are Maxis customer for more that one year and with good payment record. So I applied for waiver caused the monthly credit back into your bill doesn't benefit me as my phone bill is paid by the company.

I think this is by far the worse ever maxis experience in terms of stock availability, especially considering how orders and deliveries have returned to normal for Apple online store. And the worst part is every maxis center and so called exclusive partners don't have any answers about stock availability and are inconsistent in terms of letting customers leave their contact info (or not) to be notified on availability.

I bet it also has something to do with the new distributor. Probably clearing 16GB stock. If Apple Online Store can deliver in 3 - 5 days then I don't buy the "global shortage" excuse.
