not complaining but is confused!! didn't bank in the cheque till Maxis contact me. Thanks for teaching me about karma; if i'm that kind of person will not post and let others know

hahaha.. actually return back the chq to maxis CEO with a complaint on improving their service. atleast hopefully maxis will improve by the time iPhone6S arrives here.

He would be too busy delivery iphones himself then.

Penang area....which Maxis store got iphone6 64GB.....??? why until now still dont have stock.....

can ask for refund?

I bought thru online store and it was charged RM300 for advance payment; whereas for walk in purchased customer it was waived if you are Maxis customer for more that one year and with good payment record. So I applied for waiver caused the monthly credit back into your bill doesn't benefit me as my phone bill is paid by the company.

those who got their iphone 6 late will receive RM200 accessories voucher with a sorry note from Maxis...
ok lar at least something to compensate the delay....

yup....my friend got that...its for purchase in Maxis store also can..they sell accessories there isnt..

I have a feeling next round will be different. In a good way. Not a biased opinion, by the way...

And yes, returning that checque will be good. Profits will influence staff benefits, etc.

I think this is by far the worse ever maxis experience in terms of stock availability, especially considering how orders and deliveries have returned to normal for Apple online store. And the worst part is every maxis center and so called exclusive partners don't have any answers about stock availability and are inconsistent in terms of letting customers leave their contact info (or not) to be notified on availability.

thinking to get iphone 6 64gb as worried 16gb no enough..
look for digi, celcom and maxis, no stocks ....

truth be told nobody actually dares to let you leave your contact. the stock already overdue by more than 1 month according to my friend in maxis. all telco no stock lor, really dunno why. apple store no such problem oh. but i dunno switch/machines got stock or not.

p/s: i'm refering to 64gb/128gb only

i have to agree. previous launches stabilized after 1mth. but this time the 64/128gb like unicorn.. cant find at all.

Same for all telcos and retailers. I bet it also has something to do with the new distributor. Probably clearing 16GB stock. If Apple Online Store can deliver in 3 - 5 days then I don't buy the "global shortage" excuse.

my friend showed me an email from her phone stating that apple is recalling some 64/128gb units that previously already sent out due to the mlc/tlc chip issue. there will be no stock until end of jan/ early feb according to the email.

Anybody can send email nowadays.
