QUOTE(attw @ Feb 26 2015, 10:51 PM) If that is true does Apple expect telcos to repair faulty iPhones? I tried before, the authorised service centre will enter your serial number into their system and it will show telco name. They asked me to go back to telco and they will check and send to apple for service on our behalf.

So fingers crossed all of us using telco sets won't run into problems!

I claimed one Iphone 5 from Maxis last time and it took exactly 1 week. The same period of time you need to claim from Apple Authorized Service centres.

QUOTE(dino89 @ Feb 22 2015, 11:08 PM) If not mistaken, cant carry forward, will be burnt. But that was last time based on my experience from porting over from Celcom to Maxis maxis n digi r diferent company, so any credit inside prepaid account will be burnt. except u change to postpaid from prepaid of same Telco. then u r allowed to carry a certain amount to pay the first month bill

Anyone of you notice that there's a trade in program for iPhone now on Maxis? Might not be as good as selling your existing device but worth having a look.

It's never worth it to trade in your phone to a telco or to SenQ/Harvey Norman/etc. unless your phone has done quite an amount of mileage with very bad wear and tear and you're quite confident it'll be difficult to sell in our garage sale for a higher amount than what's being offered as trade in.

Have got no problems normally selling off used iPhones, other brands the same can't be said....

QUOTE(attw @ Mar 2 2015, 10:09 PM) That is true, but maxis trade in plan is laughable, they are offering RM400 for your Note 3 and HTC One M8... the usual policy for phone shop. half price of market value but note 3 market value is rm1k and M8 is rm1200; 400 is way too low
