I heard of the better cooled engine theory also. But I thought the 4B engine is just as cool as the good old days Hongda B series alu blocks? Use to customize ultra thin head gasket for my Orion 4G13

Bugger immediately water boil jor, need to upgrade radiator

Oh and when radiator tank no more water hor, the temperature raise to red detaim hor, no matter how you drive the engine also knock kaw kaw geh

I kena many times with many cars in my life

p/s: The lastaim we went dyno TT
Quazacolt, we also did a top speed run. Current transmission is already at very sweet torque distribution across 2~5 gears all the way to top speed with minimum power loss. However, when comparing the torque graph, there's some torque loss between gear changed. Something like missing 500~1000rpm. So, question is, is it safe to raise rev cut for another 500~1000rpm? Is there such fuel mapping that exceed 7000rpm on 4B10? If the red line can be raised to 8000rpm, upon gear change at 7.5k, the next gear will be pumping up from max torque all the way. Immediately the gebox become short ratio liao

i think changing the gear final drive will be easier .. lolz
short answer NO. the map resolution is only until 7k, above 7k basically the ECU does not know what kok u talking to it (the sensors talking to it i mean).. so It would not know how to fuel it, how to advance the timing.. know nothing..
There are way more things u need to worry than just open higher RPM .. like most of the sohigh ask me .. can open till 8k ah .. (but drive like snail one..

) .. first of all u need to worry the engine oil pump is capable of pumping enough oil for such a high speed engine or not ? .. next the valve springs can tahan or not .. tahan interms of after cam push it open .. does it have enough strength to return to position in time.. at 8k rpm basically each valve open 4k per minute rate .. if the spring cant return on time.. welldone.. u successfully married the valve with the piston !
