 What is the best shoes for jogging?

Can anyone suggest a good jogging shoes? What is your experience with the one that u have.

Go to kicksology.net for reviews. I got a nike free works great too bad its too big and giving me blisters all over my feet.

Best shoes for jogging are running shoes. Go to a sports shop with knowledgeable staff who can recommend nice running shoes for you and see how they fit. There's a running shop in Midvalley near GSC which analyses your feet to see what shoes would be best for you, maybe you can give that a try.

my foot is the best shoe... Seriously my gym allow that, and i now only bare foot to deadlift and run around the gym. Hopefully those weight plate will not drop on my foot smile.gif

For jogging purposes, "power" brand is good enough and the most important is cheap. It will do you good and save your pocket.

in my experience... reabok jogging shoes is the best.. long lasting.. comfortable.. very nice.. can try out addidas too..

Even when you wear 1337-pwningomgzorexpenzivenikey shoes...i doubt the shoes will save you from the weights

except those heavy industrial steel toe shoe, still can protect you tiny mini toe.

ermmm.... my gym i think they will allow it LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, those shoe heavy like hell, wearing it by itself is already like working out your whole lower body. flex.gif
