Hi guys, seems like everything is dropping now except inflation. Hot money is going out from developing countries.. How will this affect the property market?

Hot area will remain hot. Those property in abundance will have a price pressure in order to win competition. As long as there is demand, price will not change much Don't forget RM value is dropping.

Overall, we still needs to import a lot of dialy used. But if we wanted to be a develop country, this might be a bad news, like Singapore also moving to services rather then manufacturing..

Property not launched will K1V, like
