is there an option to replace expiring tngo card without payment needed? or, buying new card with rm10 payment is the only option?

i have one question about "inactive date".
my card still an active card now. if am not wrong, after 1 yr of no activity, my card will turn into inactive status and cannot be used anymore. since i tied my card to my ewallet. whenever passing toll, it will deduct from ewallet, will this extend the "inactive date"? i can confirm i dont see any tx history under this card, but yes under ewallet.
